  • Am I able to always have a refund?

No, the reason is to prevent frivolous cases where a consumer decides they no longer want their order or perhaps wants to try to cheat and obtain a better deal. Thus if there is nothing wrong with your product your refund application will be denied.

  • What happens if my product is damaged?

On the rare occasion a product is damaged, I will contact the postal company and see about providing you with a refund​.

  • How do I contact you for a refund?

Please email me and provide me with the following:

  1. Proof of purchase

  2. Images of the damaged product​

  3. Shipping Confirmation

​

  • You are only eligible to apply for a refund if your product is damaged beyond repair. If your product doesn't fit or its only a simple fix, your refund will be denied.
